Here are some questions you may have
I have been in the administrative field since 1985. I was a virtual assistant when my daughter was small which allowed me to stay home with her. Now that she is grown this is a great time for me to be a VA again.
I have worked in multiple industries through my career. I am passionate about organizing and creating a process as efficient as possible; turning a mess into organization is my gift God has given me.
Some people may not like to answer what their weaknesses are but I embrace the question and am happy to answer it. My weakness and strength is really the same answer. Being an entrepreneur I have become independent and prefer to do things the way I think is the best way. I say this is a weakness because I've worked with people who don't have the same mindset as I do. However, it is also a strength because there are others who have trusted me and prefer not to have input and have left it up to me to do the job as I see fit. And they are always happy with the results!
I typically work Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm. If there is a project that is on a deadline I will work outside those hours as needed.
I live in eastern standard time zone (EST); North Carolina.
I don't generally schedule weekly calls but if that is what you need I would be happy to accommodate that.
By definition, a Virtual Assistant (VA) is a highly-skilled, independent professional who remotely provides
administrative, technical and/or creative business support services. A VA saves business owners time and allows them to focus on what they do best - growing the business.
My personal definition is that I do the things either you don't have time to do or don't like to do.
I prefer to communicate via email which helps with the history of work and conversation. I typically do not text but if you need to reach me right away you will have my number to use in those rare occasions.
Once we have determined what work you would like me to begin, if it after 6pm when I receive your payment, I will begin the next morning (as long as I have the details/ specifics/documents to begin the work.
Credit cards are the only form of payment I accept. I use a simple system - all you have to do is choose one the packages you prefer and you will be taken to a page to process the payment.
If you have programs already set-up and prefer to continue using them I would be happy to log into your accounts. However, I have tools that I have been using for years and would be happy to discuss the benefits with you.
Feel free to send me a message on the contact page. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have or you can request a 30 minute free consultation.
I use a time tracking program called Toggl. This program allows me to keep precise time spent on your projects. You will receive a weekly report every Monday morning of the time remaining on your account.
The short answer is, you only pay for the services when I am working on YOUR project. You will no longer pay for coffee, smoke, or lunch breaks. Nor do you pay sick, vacation days or holidays. You pay only for work that is being done, nothing more!
